Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities:

· Creating and driving the implementation of recruitment strategies

· Managing a team of recruitment specialists

· Executing and delivering recruitment KPIs: Sourcing effectiveness, candidate experience, time to hire

· Preparing periodic reports and analyses on the effectiveness of undertaken activities

· Cooperation with personnel agencies as part of ongoing recruitment processes when required

· Implementation of Employer Branding activities

· Managing recruitment budget

Requirements:

· Experience in managing a team of recruiters

· Experience in external recruitment for Finance and IT sectors, experience in SSC/BPO will be an advantage

· Being an Initiator with a proactive attitude

· Presenting excellent communication, teamwork & interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of the newest recruitment trends & technology

· Fluent English (written and spoken)
