For our client, a company operating in the areas of reconstructive, regenerative, anti-aging and aesthetic medicine, we are looking for:
Job title: BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER BEAUTY
Division: Beauty
Location: Poland
Salary: negotiable; FTP or B2B
Project: The project aims to strengthen the current market position, as well as organic development allowing it to join the group of leading distributors of products in the field of reconstructive and regenerative medicine.
Key Experience:
• 5+ experience in the aesthetic medicine industry
• Experience in sales teams management
• Understanding of aesthetic medicine division standards for reporting analytical results
• Knowledge of regulatory framework in medical devices market to assist in consultation for the pathways in meeting the regulations of Poland
• Understanding of the C&PC industry value
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter, independent, pragmatic
• Commercial acumen and ability to effectively build trust and relationship with customers and colleagues
• Flexibility, ability to learn new skills and work in dynamic environments
• Ability to quickly learn new computer programs and reporting systems
• Good communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational skills;
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently, while supporting a collaborative, team-based department;
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure;
• High level of professionalism, maturity, good judgment, and discretion when dealing in confidential matters;
• Must be proactive, self-disciplined, and able to demonstrate a high level of productivity with a goal oriented approach.
Essential Duties and Resposibilities:
• Managing the work of a sales team
• Creating annual budgets for the aesthetic medicine department and supervising their implementation
• Work closely with other departments and select others to intelligently expand test portfolio to meet customer needs
• Provide knowledge and technical support to clients, sales team and marketing department to win business opportunities
• Support the creation and implementation of marketing content (webinars, website, brochures, technical bulletins for market regulations, etc.) to increase inbound lead generations • Represent the company in technical committees and industry associations to keep up to date on requirements and update customers with the latest changes
• Developing growth strategies and plans with close collaboration with team by bringing technical insight on upcoming regulations, new testing requirements and techniques and industry knowledge
• Train sales to efficiently sell services, qualify leads, identify and engage target accounts
• Utilizes CRM tool and other system to increase process efficiencies
• Other duties as assigned.
